Bristol Preview
This weekend both teams are in action, with the 1st XV facing top of the table rivals Lichfield Ladies at 2:30pm on Sunday at home at Cleve RFC.
Both teams have four wins from four, and have both taken full bonus points from all the previous matches. Bristol are top of the table on points difference, having score exactly 100 points more than Lichfield during the season so far.
The forwards remain largely unchanged, although Sarah Hunter is out with concussion and replaced by Ireland Flanker Claire Molloy who is fresh from international camp. Meg Jones is also out with injury meaning Welsh international El Snowsill starts at fly half, with Marlie Packer and Jasmine Joyce both back available for selection and taking their spaces on the bench. Lichfield will present the toughest challenge Bristol have come up against this season, and the team are looking forward to showing their skill across the pitch and running out with a big home crowd at Cleve RFC.
The 2nd XV play struggling London Welsh away at Old Deer Park (KO 2:30pm). Kathryn Buggy makes her first start of the season, whilst Army players Nat Lewis and Carrie Roberts also enter the team after a successful camp in France.
After 22 tries and a hat trick of hat tricks last weekend and a combined total of 393 points scored across the season, both squads will run out full of confidence this weekend.
