Daisy started playing when she was just 6 years old after watching her older brother play at the local rugby club on a Sunday morning. She remembers looking up to her dad and asking if she could join in with them, he was rather shocked but didn’t hesitate one bit and from then has never looked back.
Daisy’s rugby journey started at Totnes RFC, then moving to Brixham RFC until she couldn’t play in a mixed team anymore and moved over to her first women’s team which was Plymouth Albion and then Devonport Services until moving up to Gloucester to attend Hartpury college.
After having the best two years at Hartpury college, she then attended the University of Gloucestershire and returned back to Hartpury to finish her degree in sports studies. Whilst studying, Daisy played in the championship with Cheltenham tigers, before moving over to Gloucester-Hartpury in 2017.
Daisy is currently in the Royal Air Force as a logistics mover, balancing both a challenging and rewarding career as well as playing for Gloucester-Hartpury.
